People all around the globe are honoring their gifts through intentional living and on-the-ground impact, providing healing alternatives to the status quo of separation. This isn't new work, it's the culmination of hundreds of thousands of generations testing and thriving.

With this event, we hope to facilitate the exchange of energy and knowledge between those seeking to pass on decades of learning and those wanting to create a life of meaningful contribution. If we are to heal our fractured systems, youth must learn from the successes of our ancestors, and elders must transfer their knowledge and response-ability.

We want to hear your wishes and concerns for the future of our world. How will you show up for what you love?

LODGING DETAILS
For the past 5 years, NextGEN North America has hosted gatherings to explore pathways of generativity, inspiration, and community...

Pathways of Generativity

Picture
The term generativity was coined in 1950 to denote "a concern for establishing and guiding the next generation." Generativity involves answering the question "Can I Make My Life Count?", and in this process, finding your life’s work and contributing to the development of others.

But how to begin the conversation? Get curious. Ask what sets your heart on fire. Listen to what wants to live through you. Learn from those who have come before to lay the foundation for those who will come after you.

Get plugged into the movement of thousands of organizations, communities and projects making meaningful change around the world. Our NextGEN facilitators are leaders in sustainable community and networking projects. We will directly network you with key opportunities to support your unique life journey and connect you with.

As a young adult, secret of lifestyle design is finding paths of meaningful purpose and financial sustenance. We will offer group and one-to-one mentoring sessions both before and after the event to support you in creating the life you want.

Pathways of Inspiration

We are converging at La Cité Ecologique Ecovillage's second location opened in New Hampshire in 2003. First founded in 1984 in Québec, La Cité's members have grappled for generations with challenging questions of succession and sustainability. Their answers are seen in the successful design of culture, community, commerce, and education.

Over 3 days and nights, we will explore together how to design systems that will flourish in perpetuity. Bring your curiosity and compassion at this highly unique location to learn from the wisdom of each other, La Cité, and the genius of nature.

Pathways of Community
